## Stable per-draw URLs

Use an issue_id returned by the JSON list. These are Dear Daily archive identifiers, not official draw numbers.

No special Accept header, login or JavaScript is required. JSON uses schema_version 1.0. Each record contains draw_date, ISO 8601 draw_time, status, first_prize, prizes, source and links. Status is scheduled, awaiting_results or published. Non-published records contain no numbers. Missing records return 404; invalid list parameters return 400; service failures return 503. Date and page query parameters must be scalar.

## Interpretation

Numbers are strings; preserve leading zeros and ticket series. Prize amounts are INR text as stored, not guaranteed net payouts. updated_at is the recorded update time or null, never the time a client fetched the data. Results come from third-party feed/editorial records and require verification against the organiser’s official sheet before a claim.
